It is so crazy to think that we've been here for nearly six months. Holy Smokes. We really miss our family in Utah. Matt's parents came to visit last week and we were both so sad when they left. Also, it is ugly here.
It's not always ugly, sometimes the skies here are very pretty. Orion's Belt is right above our backyard, that is cool. Sunsets are pretty too. It is a cool experience to drive eastward while the sunsets here, the sun is out of sight and the sky is a glowing grey/blue.
I made friends with my neighbor, she is 86 I believe. We went to the ladies commerce mtg. a few nights ago. I am their newest, (and likely the youngest) member. They are so cute. I think I might also join the town book club she told me about, sounds fun.
Our ward has some really great families, it has been fun to get to know them better. I'm glad to have the experience of being in a ward outside of Utah. I don't know that I prefer one more than the other, I'm just grateful for the opportunity.
If I were ambitious I would show you pictures of our house, maybe later. If you want to see it then call me and I will take you on a FaceTime tour.
I found a good online Yoga certification program, I plan to certify for level 1 this fall, and level 2 before the end of the year.
p.s. Just take a look at this Ham:) I think that is the hardest, missing my nieces and nephews grow up.
